Contract extension for Cardo (South) with Slough Borough Council

Slough Borough Council has extended its contract with Cardo (South) until March 2027, following strong performance across its repairs and maintenance services.

The extension will see Cardo (South), a division of building maintenance and retrofit services firm for social housing and public sector building, Cardo Group, continue to provide key property services, delivering improvements to homes and support for residents across the borough.

The partnership is underpinned by shared values and includes a commitment to creating meaningful social value through apprenticeships, local employment, and community-focused initiatives.

Ian Stone, Housing Asset Programme Manager at Slough Borough Council, said: “We’re pleased to extend our partnership with Cardo (South). They’ve consistently delivered a reliable, high-quality service that meets the needs of our residents.  

“This extension strengthens our confidence in our ability to maintain a high standard of service for our residents.”
