Dalkia UK extends FM partnership with Birmingham City University

Dalkia UK has been awarded a contract extension with Birmingham City University to cover the full estate.

The extension has been agreed following a long-standing collaborative relationship and rewards Dalkia UK for delivering a consistent, high-quality facilities management service over the past seven years.

The partnership with Birmingham City University commenced in 2018, with Dalkia UK being originally awarded four buildings. Over time, the team’s strong performance has led to additional responsibilities and an expansion of Dalkia UK’s remit across the estate.

The Dalkia UK team is working closely with the client to ensure all assets are captured while leveraging its in-house energy expertise to help Birmingham City University reduce its carbon output and save money.
