GAME FM secures £1.24m in contracts in first year of trading

GAME founder and MD, Gabriel Erinle

The Manchester-based facilities management firm has won 13 major contracts totalling more than three million sq ft and £1.24 million in value, just 12 months since its launch.

Founded by FM industry veteran, Gabriel Erinle, GAME has landed instructions across landmark city centre and Greater Manchester sites. These instructions span landmark residential developments, commercial premises, and civic-focused spaces.

The contracts cover cleaning, concierge, security and full operational management. Combined they have also created more than 50 new jobs across Manchester, Salford and Sale.

In the city centre, GAME now provides security at Local Crescent and Deansgate Square. As well as Ducie House, Urban Exchange, Carvers Warehouse and the wider Piccadilly Basin estate on behalf of Town Centre Securities.

Cleaning contracts have been secured across a number of key sites including Finlays Warehouse and New Little Mill, under Zenith Management, EDA Apartments for Allsop and Water’s Edge Business Park for Recom Solutions.

GAME also provides cleaning services at Cotton House for eCapital and Manchester BID and Accommodation BID areas for Nordic in partnership with Cityco.

In Salford, the FM firm delivers cleaning services at Furness Quay for Encore and Exchange Quay for Telefónica Tech.

Beyond the city, GAME has also been appointed to manage cleaning at Sale Sharks’ Carrington training facilities and for Chambers Capital at sites in Tyldesley & Altrincham

Erinle said of the contract awards: “This first year has been about proving what we’re made of, through delivery not promises.

“After nearly two decades working in Manchester’s property scene, I know trust is earned on the ground and that’s exactly where we are focused.

“These wins reflect the hands-on, people-first approach we’ve built at GAME. We focus on the details, take ownership of every site driving long-term operational efficiency and performance improvements for our clients.

“We’re grateful to the clients who’ve put their trust in us so far. This is just the start and we’re focused on sustainable growth and raising the standard of facilities management across the North West.”

GAME now plans to build on its momentum with further expansion across the region, targeting mixed-use commercial and residential developments.
