Historically, CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems required a purchase for each concurrent user license – but not anymore. 3i Studio have moved to a new pricing model, which reduces your outlay with no license purchase cost.

Only Pay Set up, Installation and Annual Support Fees
With this new model you simply pay a one-off fee – equivalent to a single concurrent license purchase – to cover installation and setup. You can then just pay the support fee each year for your required number of concurrent user licenses.
Concurrent Licences Not User Licences
Paying support for concurrent licences simply means you only pay for how many users can be logged in to use your CAFM at the same time, not the total number of users – so a team of 50 users may only need 10 licences, which also reduces your costs.
Reduces Initial Outlay and Provides Greater Flexibility
3i Studio’s new pricing model significantly reduces your initial outlay when purchasing a CAFM solution, and with the flexibility to add or remove licenses as and when you need them, your system becomes even more flexible and cost effective.

This also means that if you need to add additional concurrent user licenses to your system, you will save approximately 60% for each license due to the removal of the purchase cost, enabling you to get more for your money.
