Kings Secure Technologies (KST) has opened a new accredited training centre at its technology monitoring facility, K-SOC, located in the West Midlands, underscoring the Group’s commitment to investing in innovative learning opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Designed to serve as a cornerstone of the KST Group’s infrastructure, the new facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive training in public space surveillance for both newcomers entering the field and seasoned professionals striving to advance their expertise.
The centre will also play a pivotal role in supporting the Group’s learning and development program, steered by Cassie Flanagan, KST’s Head of L&D.
The training centre will be led by Ricky O’Sullivan, K-SOC Training Manager, an accredited instructor with Highfields who brings over 10 years of valuable experience in the security industry. The curriculum has been meticulously designed to blend theoretical knowledge with practical applications, ensuring participants gain a well-rounded understanding of surveillance techniques.
