Scottish building services company, Lovat’s Group has been appointed to deliver the Commercial Heating Framework for Fife Council.
The contract award, which covers an initial five-year term, with the option to extend for a further three years, has an estimated value of £8 million. Through this framework, Lovat’s Group will provide reliable, efficient, and sustainable heating solutions across Fife Council’s extensive estate.
The award further strengthens Lovat’s Group’s position in Fife, where the company already delivers the Commercial Catering and Air Conditioning & AHU contracts. Collectively, these frameworks highlight the depth of technical expertise within the business and the confidence Fife Council places in Lovat’s Group to deliver essential building services that support local communities.

The contract commences 1 November 2025.
