Following a competitive tender process earlier this year, Mears Facilities Management has been awarded a place on all three available Lots of the ESPO Total Facilities Management framework.
The framework, established by the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO), enables local authorities and public bodies to access trusted, pre-approved suppliers.
Each Lot is divided by value, helping public sector buyers choose suppliers that best match the scale of their needs. This approach allows suppliers to compete for work that suits their capacity and expertise. Mears FM has secured a place on all three Lots: contracts up to £999,999, contracts from £1 million to £4.99 million, and contracts of £5 million and above.
Mears FM says being awarded a place across all value bands highlights its capacity to deliver high-quality services on contracts of all sizes – from local agreements to major national programmes, strengthens its profile as a “trusted provider” within the public sector and supports its wider growth ambitions.
Sean Donoghue, Business Development Director, said: “I’m delighted we have been awarded a place on the ESPO Framework and look forward to continuing our partnership with ESPO as part of our ambitious growth plans. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with new and existing public sector clients and continue delivering services that make a real difference.”
Kevin Woodcock, Managing Director, added: “We’re really proud to have been awarded a place on this framework. It reflects the hard work and dedication of our teams, and we’re excited to work alongside ESPO in developing and delivering some excellent contracts.”
