Momentum Maintain, part of north west-based property services company, The Momentum Group, has been appointed by Crosby Housing Association (CHA) to deliver high-quality cleaning services that will enhance living environments for residents and support CHA’s commitment to reinvesting in local communities.
CHA is a not-for-profit community-based housing provider, owning and managing more than 440 homes across Southport, Waterloo, Seaforth, Litherland and Bootle. The new partnership will cover office upkeep, communal area cleaning, and void cleans, helping CHA maintain safe, welcoming spaces for tenants.
The CHA’s tenants were involved in the tender selection and were impressed with Momentum, their commitment to social value demonstrated through Momentum Contribute, the business’ charitable arm, along with the organisation’s ability to create a positive community impact.
Sarah Thomas, Housing Manager at Crosby Housing Association, said: “Our priority is to provide safe, well-maintained homes while delivering value for money services to our tenants and communities. Momentum’s proven track record in delivering social value and its commitment to community impact made them the ideal partner. Together, we will ensure our properties and communal spaces meet the highest standards while creating opportunities that make a real difference locally. This partnership is an important step in delivering even greater value to our tenants.”
Chris Bliss, Co-Founder and Director of The Momentum Group, said: “Taking on facilities management for CHA’s 440+ homes is a key moment for Momentum Maintain. We share CHA’s commitment to social impact and look forward to supporting its mission to provide safe, welcoming homes. Working on projects that align with our values is vital to us, and this partnership sets the tone for the new year as we continue to strengthen our Maintain portfolio nationwide.”
