Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has been awarded a three-year hard facilities management contract, valued at £4.5 million, with Thames Valley Police (TVP).
Under this new contract, which strengthens a partnership spanning over a decade, the MSPS team will provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repairs to over 350 buildings for TVP, which consist of operational buildings, training centres and administration buildings.
The renewed contract is scheduled to commence in October 2025 and comes with the option to extend for a further two years.
Daniel Penny, Procurement Manager, Thames Valley Police said: “Following a compliant open tender process, Thames Valley Police has appointed Morgan Sindall Property Services to deliver reactive and preventative maintenance services across our estate. The contract covers day-to-day repairs and breakdowns, as well as scheduled preventative works to maintain key building elements. Its scope includes repairs, redecoration, drainage, guttering, doors and windows, access equipment, and protection guardrails. We look forward to continuing our strong working relationship with Morgan Sindall Property Services under this new arrangement.”
