Nirvana announced as ARL Gold Corporate Partner and FM Partner for 2026

The Association for Rental Living (ARL) – the membership body for all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sectors – has announced Nirvana Group as a Gold Partner and Facilities Management Partner of the organisation for 2026.

Established for over a decade, Nirvana is a leading FM partner for property managers, delivering fully integrated hard and soft FM solutions across all maintenance disciplines and planned preventative programmes. From statutory compliance and M&E systems to building fabric, asset lifecycle management and 24/7 reactive support, Nirvana provides an end-to-end service that keeps properties safe, compliant, efficient and tenant ready. Within the rental living sector, Nirvana has worked with leading operators across the UK including Grainger PLC, Dandara Living, Realstar, UNCLE and Lloyds Living to name a few.

Nirvana, a proud family run business, has an established relationship as an active member of the ARL. Founder and CEO Darren Waitson is an ARL Board member representing suppliers as well as a member of the Suppliers Committee. In recent years, Nirvana has supported the delivery of a number of ARL events including as a speaker and contributed to the Best Practice Guide.

The new sponsorship means that Nirvana will serve as the ARL’s partner for facilities management and enable the delivery of a new Market Directory for the sector.

Brendan Geraghty, CEO the Association for Rental Living, said: “As we continue the ARL’s mission to champion a dynamic, innovative, and inclusive Rental Living Sector, this key partnership will bring the pivotal role of the supplier to the fore. We are delighted to welcome Nirvana as our Gold Corporate Partner and Facilities Management Partner to help deliver an ecosystem where business thrives.”

Darren Waitson, Founder and CEO, Nirvana Group, commented: “We are delighted to be announcing this partnership as part of Nirvana’s continued national growth within the Build-to-Rent sector. BTR is one of the most dynamic and forward-thinking areas of UK real estate, and we are proud to provide market-leading facilities management support that not only ensures operational excellence and compliance but actively enhances asset performance across portfolios nationwide.”

Operating through its specialist divisions — Nirvana Maintenance, Aquilo Facilities, Urban Maintenance and Notus Support Services — the Group maintains more than 600 buildings nationally, including some of the UK’s most prestigious residential developments.
