OCS lands place on ESPO TFM Framework

OCS has been awarded a place on the ESPO Framework 676_25 for Total Facilities Management, which offers a national solution for public sector bodies seeking comprehensive facilities management services, covering both hard and soft FM requirements.

The 676_25 framework replaces the previous 676_21 framework which expired end of April 2025, on which OCS was also awarded a place. The new framework is expected to run through to April 2027, ensuring continued access to integrated, compliant, and value-focused facilities management services for public sector organisations.

This recognition strengthens the company’s ability to support public sector organisations across the UK. OCS brings a strong track record of service delivery across education, healthcare, local government, and central government sectors.

Public sector organisations can access OCS’s services without the need for a full tender process, enabling faster, simpler procurement in full compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The framework is structured across three lots based on annual contract value, allowing organisations of all sizes, from small public bodies to large institutions, to find the right FM solution for their needs.

The ESPO Framework 676_25 is free to access and was established following a rigorous procurement process. Suppliers awarded a place were evaluated on key criteria including financial stability, track record, experience, technical and professional capability, as well as their ESG and social value commitments. The framework supports a focus on achieving best value, helping organisations to balance cost-effectiveness with quality and impact.

Bob Taylor, Managing Director – Public Sector FM (UK), OCS UK & Ireland, commented: “Being awarded a place on the ESPO 676_25 framework marks a continued vote of confidence in OCS and the services we deliver. We remain committed to supporting public sector organisations with trusted, high-quality facilities management services. Our teams are proud to play a part in the vital work carried out across education, healthcare, and local government sectors, helping to make people and places the best they can be.”
