Pareto FM unveils evolved brand identity and leadership structure

Marking the next step in its development and reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-quality engineering and facilities services across the UK and Ireland, Pareto FM has unveiled an evolved brand identity and leadership structure.

Founded in 2014, Pareto has established itself as a leading provider of engineering and workspace solutions, recognised for its agility, technical capability and partnership-led approach. The integration of Sowga has further strengthened the organisation’s depth in technical services, compliance and projects, enhancing the precision and expertise required to support complex estates.

Pareto states the evolution of the brand reflects a clearer, more confident expression of who the company is today – “a technically strong, data-informed, delivery-focused business grounded in long-term collaboration with its clients”, and shows “a business ready to scale further while staying true to the values that have defined its first decade”.

James Clarke, Chief Executive Officer, said: “This is an important milestone for Pareto. We’ve assembled an exceptional leadership team that combines technical depth, commercial insight, and operational experience, all focused on one goal: delivering even greater value for our clients.”

The executive team, comprising of James Clarke (CEO), Kelly Holt (CCO), Will Metcalfe (COO), brings together market-leading expertise across engineering, data, technology, and client engagement. Founder Andrew Hulbert continues to play a key strategic role as Vice Chair, ensuring continuity of the culture and values that remain central to Pareto’s success.

Kelly Holt, Chief Commercial Officer, commented: “This next chapter is about people, the insight that drives our decisions and the teams that deliver every day.

“Our evolution allows us to stay agile and enhance our capability while maintaining the partnership and flexibility our clients value. It’s a natural progression that keeps us aligned to what our clients need today and in the future.”

E.ON and FMJ webinar: Moving from a reactive service to proactive services: Identifying energy issues early and automatically

Wednesday 14 January at 11:00am

Building Management Systems (BMS) have long been used to control the heart of a building – monitoring and controlling its essential systems such as lighting, ventilation, heating and air conditioning. Facilities Managers want the best visibility to help detect and deal with concerns before they become issues.

This webinar brings together the experts from energy network provider, E.ON along with FM thought leaders to discuss moving from a reactive service to a proactive service. By identifying energy issues early and automatically, instead of occupants reporting issues, then potential faults can be identified early and remedied. The BMS does this before the problem occurs by using smart alerting and EMC support services.

Panel:

  • Sara Bean: Editor FMJ (Facilities Management Journal)
  • Nick Westlake: Energy and Service Delivery Manager at E.ON Control Solutions
  • Sunil Shah, the author of IWFM’s Energy Management Good Practice Guide and MD of Acclaro Advisory
  • David Cermak, Regional Facilities Manager for David Lloyd Clubs
