Polyteck appointed to £2bn Procurement Assist framework agreement

Construction and facilities management firm, Polyteck, has been appointed to a four-year framework agreement with Procurement Assist for the supply and installation of kitchens and bathrooms in social housing across London.

Under the framework, Polyteck will be able to tender for kitchen and bathroom works contracts. The total estimated value of contracts to be awarded under the framework agreement over the four-year term is approximately £2.035 billion across all areas.

Procurement Assist was established in 2019, designed for the public sector, offering flexible Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015)-compliant procurement solutions covering a broad spectrum of goods, works, and services.

Nemendra Singh, Director of Housing, Polyteck said: “Our pricing was highly competitive, and we bring extensive experience in delivering kitchen and bathroom installations within the social housing sector, which gave us an edge during the tender process for this framework agreement. While we have no confirmed details regarding which specific clients we will be servicing at this stage, we’re very excited to get started.”
