Polyteck has been appointed by METRUS Limited for the delivery of maintenance services across two prominent London office buildings – 100 Hatton Garden and 120 Holborn.
Under the terms of the contract, Polyteck will provide comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) maintenance services across both properties, ensuring the continued performance, compliance, and reliability of building systems during a period of planned refurbishment works.
The new agreement marks the continuation of Polyteck’s long-standing relationship with METRUS and its managed estates.
Costas Polycarpou, Technical Director at Polyteck, said: “We are proud to continue our partnership with METRUS in managing two key commercial properties in London.
“Our focus remains on delivering engineering excellence, safety compliance, and energy-efficient maintenance solutions that add tangible value to clients and occupiers alike.
“The agreement underscores Polyteck’s growing footprint in central London’s commercial property market, where we continue to support clients through integrated building services, energy management, and smart maintenance solutions.”
Stewart Morrison, Property Management Director for METRUS, added: “Polyteck has consistently demonstrated the technical capability and responsiveness required in complex, multi-tenant environments. Their appointment ensures continuity of service for this landmark development in Midtown.”
The way we work has changed – yet, many organisations are still relying on rigid, one-size-fits-all tools to manage desks and meeting rooms, according to a new study from workplace management solutions provider, Matrix Booking.
Spreadsheets, calendars, and generic booking software may have worked once, but they’re struggling to keep pace with today’s flexible, hybrid workforce. The result? Wasted time, frustrated employees, and expensive underutilised space.
Matrix Booking’s new study, ‘One-size-fits-all booking systems don’t work for today’s workforce’, explores why current systems are falling short – and how organisations can reimagine workspace management to boost efficiency, employee experience, and cost savings.
