Islington Council has appointed Polyteck to deliver essential general building repairs and maintenance services for approximately 35,000 council tenants and leaseholders.
Under the potential four-year contract, Polyteck will work alongside the council’s in-house teams to deliver a range of maintenance services, including day-to-day minor repairs, damp and mould remediation, plumbing, carpentry, metalwork, and glazing.
Polyteck’s team members will operate borough-wide, handling both high- and low-value works, and will also support emergency and urgent out-of-hours services.
