Prime Facility Services has won a significant three-year cleaning contract with the Matrix Academy Trust, following a detailed and rigorous tender process.
The contract, which encompasses regular and holiday cleaning services across eight schools within the West Midlands-based trust, will see over 100 staff members transfer to Prime Facility Services under TUPE regulations, further strengthening the company’s dedicated team.
As of August 2025, Prime Facility Services will assume full responsibility for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all Matrix Academy Trust properties.
Commenting on the new contract award, David Edwards, CEO of Prime Facility Services, said: “All my team at Prime are thrilled and excited to win this prestigious local contract.
