Commenting one her new appointment, Foley said: “I am really excited to have joined Tendra. As a thriving business with clear ambitions to become a leading name in the built environment sector, I have hit the ground running and am already working on establishing a robust and scalable PMO function that supports consistent, high-quality project delivery, while aligning closely with overarching strategic objectives. I can’t wait to see how the business expands and evolves in the coming months and am genuinely delighted to be part of the journey.”
Greg Davies, CEO of Tendra, added: “Sarah brings a wealth of experience across finance, project and programme management, and her track record in delivering complex change initiatives makes her an excellent fit for Tendra. As we continue to scale through acquisition, having a strong PMO function is critical to success and in ensuring we maintain alignment across the group. I am, therefore, delighted to welcome Sarah to the senior leadership team and look forward to working with her in the months and years to come.”
FMJ and Watco Webinar: Meeting compliance in a new culture of accountability
From January 2026, the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) formally separated from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Created under the Building Safety Act 2022 in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the BSR is designed to raise safety standards across the built environment and introduce a stronger culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management.
This shift places facilities managers in a more strategic safety assurance role – far beyond routine maintenance.
FMJ and Watco are hosting a webinar on 22 April at 11:00am to explore what this new regulatory landscape means for FMs. To register for the webinar click here.
