The Kingdom Group completes Crystalcare Cleaning Services acquisition 

The Kingdom Group has completed its acquisition of Crystalcare Cleaning Services, who specialise in environmentally conscious commercial cleaning services in London and the South East.

To align with the existing brands in The Kingdom Group, the acquired business will be rebranded as Kingdom Cleaning London, and will be the specialist city-based division of Kingdom Cleaning, which provides cleaning services to more than 1,000 sites across a diverse range of sectors across the UK.

The operational management at Crystal will continue in their roles, and the General Managers will join the Kingdom Cleaning Leadership Team, reporting to Lucy Lloyd, Chief Services Officer, This will ensure continuity and smooth transition for 320+ customers and the new 720+ workforce joining Kingdom.

Kingdom Cleaning London will now offer an enhanced London based cleaning proposition, leveraging the company’s combined expertise, operational synergies, tailored recruitment solutions and innovation. New customers and colleagues will also benefit from Kingdom’s broader service capabilities across security, recruitment, systems, hygiene and training– backed by the strength of a group with over 11,500 colleagues and a turnover of £300 million.
