Novus unveils new market offerings

Novus Property Solutions has launched two new dedicated services – Interiors, specialising in fast-track high quality fit-outs, and Sustain, a housing retrofit decarbonisation service.

The new services form part of Novus’ ambitious growth strategy which was unveiled in 2021 with the aim of doubling profits over a five-year period. Spearheaded by CEO Steve Davies, Novus secured a record number of new contracts last year, to the value of £176 million. A key aim of the strategy is to win high value, long term contracts while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Available across a range of sectors including retail, leisure, healthcare, and education, the Interiors service offers clients a complete turnkey solution for fast track fit-outs, Cat A and B, plus core and shell refurbishments.

Novus’ new Sustain service will provide a one-stop-shop to assist social housing landlords and property portfolio holders achieve zero carbon targets across their portfolios. Through its Centre of Excellence, Novus’ team of in-house professionals and external specialist partners will offer an end-to-end solution for clients – assessing portfolios and recommending the ideal solutions to achieving carbon targets with available budgets, undertaking all funding requirements and compliant delivery of the works including all measurement and verification of the solutions.

Interiors and Sustain build upon the successful launch of Novus’ three dedicated services – Maintain, Assure, and Projects – in 2021.

Speaking of the new services CEO Steve Davies said: “Following the success of our streamlined services launch in 2021, we are building upon their outstanding foundation with our two new bespoke offerings.

“As local, national, and global focus on climate change and decarbonisation becomes more crucial than ever, our Interiors and Sustain services will assist clients both in the housing and commercial sectors to maximise the energy efficiency of their properties by lowering carbon emissions in housing stock and giving existing commercial buildings a new lease of life.

“I am confident there will be substantial demand in the market for our expertise in these areas, which will assist in achieving our growth ambitions.”
