Mitie named as supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Four

As a supplier on the Management Consultancy Framework Four Mitie can support UK public sector organisations with environment and sustainability consultancy services and bid for contracts to provide services including emissions monitoring, waste management and regulatory compliance.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2023/24, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £4.9 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

As part of the framework agreement, Mitie will be able to bid for contracts which support progress towards net zero for the public sector including Central and Local Government and across healthcare, education, and defence. Mitie will draw on the decarbonisation expertise of its Projects business, which provides end-to-end project delivery, from consulting to design and build, supporting the transformation of customers’ facilities.

Mitie’s consulting capability includes the development of net zero pathways, carbon accounting and reporting, impact assessments, waste and natural resource management and regulatory compliance guidance and implementation. The team combines expertise with intelligence-led insights and access to advanced AI-enabled technology, such as Mitie’s Emissions Intelligence platform, for carbon reporting.

Mark Caskey, Managing Director, Mitie Projects, said:

“Being named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Four is a significant milestone in our mission to support the UK public sector on its journey to net zero.

“Mitie operates across the full project’s lifecycle, where our consulting expertise shapes strategies and helps organisations meet their environmental goals. We’re proud to be a partner providing  impactful sustainability outcomes across government, healthcare, education, and defence.”
