Bellrock has been named in the latest Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List. The company has been recognised for its commitment to enlightened employment practice at all levels.
The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers is a definitive list of UK-based organisations that promote inclusion across a wide range of protected characteristics. The rankings are determined by Inclusive Companies, a cross-industry network harnessing best practices and innovation to drive inclusion for all. Promoting all strands of diversity, including age, disability, gender, LGBT, neurodiversity, race, faith and religion, the annual list celebrates and champions inclusivity in a variety of organisations across many sectors.
Inclusion has long been one of Bellrock’s core values. The company builds inclusive spaces where every voice counts, and no one feels like an outsider. The company recognises every unique identity, embraces freedom of expression, and has built a culture where respect, inclusion, safety and understanding are not just expected, but baked into the company’s daily operations.
In addition, Bellrock’s executive team sponsors five employee-led groups that lead initiatives to raise awareness, build understanding, and celebrate the diversity that makes us stronger – because different ways of thinking spark innovation, challenge assumptions and build stronger, more connected teams.
Bellrock’s initiatives to recognise colleagues’ great work across the business include two internal award programmes. The monthly Shining Light Awards give everyone the chance to recognise colleagues who embody the company’s core values, from putting customers first to doing the right thing. And the Beacon Awards, held annually, recognise team members who lead by example and inspire others to do the same.
Carlo Alloni, Bellrock’s CEO said: “Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do at Bellrock. Our people are what makes our business, and we celebrate them in all their diversity every day. As such, it’s great to receive independent recognition of how seriously we take this, and to be in such illustrious company.”

Building Management Systems (BMS) have long been used to control the heart of a building – monitoring and controlling its essential systems such as lighting, ventilation, heating and air conditioning. Facilities Managers want the best visibility to help detect and deal with concerns before they become issues.
This webinar brings together the experts from energy network provider, E.ON along with FM thought leaders to discuss moving from a reactive service to a proactive service. By identifying energy issues early and automatically, instead of occupants reporting issues, then potential faults can be identified early and remedied. The BMS does this before the problem occurs by using smart alerting and EMC support services.
Panel:
- Sara Bean: Editor FMJ (Facilities Management Journal)
- Nick Westlake: Energy and Service Delivery Manager at E.ON Control Solutions
- Sunil Shah, the author of IWFM’s Energy Management Good Practice Guide and MD of Acclaro Advisory
- David Cermak, Regional Facilities Manager for David Lloyd Clubs
