Rob Jepson has been appointed as CEO for Sodexo UK & Ireland’s Health & Care business with Philip Leigh leading on strategic projects across the region.
Prior to joining Sodexo Jepson was Group Director of Estates and Facilities at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT), one of the largest acute Trusts in the UK with 10 hospitals across seven separate sites and a long-standing client partner of Sodexo.
Sodexo Health & Care has over 7,500 employees delivering a balanced portfolio of food and FM services including patient nutrition, retail services, environmental care and infection prevention; technical services; facilities management, estate management, and property management; hotel services, security, and portering services, across different healthcare environments.
Jepson brings to the role extensive operational and leadership experience in facilities management across the public and private sectors. He is passionate about people development and an advocate for apprenticeships for people at all levels.
