Jasper Sanders + Partners has announced the promotion of Nathalie Kenning, formerly Lead Interior Designer, to Company Associate, as well as the appointment of a new team member, Junior Designer Josie Robertson.
Nathalie Kenning has been with the company since 2021, joining directly after graduation from Leeds Beckett University. Since then, she has become an integral member of the studio, recognised for both her design talent and her calm, thoughtful approach to projects and the wider business.
Jasper Sanders commented on the promotion:
“Nathalie is a strong designer and one of those rare true all-rounders, who can apply her talents at every stage, from concept design to detail and overseeing projects on site. She is client-facing, has a strong presence in meetings and takes responsibility for her own client accounts.
She is also involved with the business side of the company, becoming increasingly central to the day-to-day running of the studio, including guiding younger team members. I’m really pleased for her with this promotion. Nathalie’s breadth of skills and contribution to the business are already truly impressive.”
As a designer, Nathalie is committed to delivering schemes that align with the studio’s ethos of creating positive social impact through design. Her work seeks to respond thoughtfully to context, community and sustainability, ensuring projects are both socially and environmentally attuned. Her recent work on the campus totems at Salford’s Exchange Quay, for example, was featured in WORKS Magazine, made the front cover of Facilities Management Journal and was shortlisted twice over at the FX Awards in 2025, as well as being Highly Commended at the Sign Industry Awards 2026.
Nathalie Kenning commented on her promotion:
“I’m delighted to be stepping into the role of Associate at Jasper Sanders + Partners after nearly five years with the practice. Having joined as a graduate, it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey to grow within a team that truly values development, trust, and ambition. Working closely with both Jasper and Creative Director Rebecca Kelly has been instrumental in shaping my experience, and I’m grateful for the responsibility and opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the studio’s direction.
Jasper Sanders + Partners also welcomes new joiner Josie Robertson, who becomes a Junior Designer in the studio.
Jasper Sanders commented:
“We first met Josie a year ago during recruitment interviews for another post. Over the intervening year she has grown considerably as a designer, and we are delighted to welcome her into the studio as a talented young designer who brings fresh energy and new perspectives to the team.”
Natalie Kenning will be taking part in a panel session on inclusive design at Facilities and Estates Management Live in October.

On Tuesday 16 June at 11:00am, askporter and FMJ will be holding a webinar which brings together FM leaders who are already using this tech, to discuss what is changing, what is not, and how the future looks for teams that get this right.
