Jaguar adds The Northcliffe to its portfolio

Following a competitive tender process, commercial and mixed-use property management firm, MAPP, has appointed Jaguar Building Services for the delivery of M&E engineering services at The Northcliffe for a three-year term.

Located at 26-28 Tudor Street, moments from Blackfriars and Fleet Street in Central London, The Northcliffe is an impressive Grade II listed landmark that underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, completed in 2023. The building now offers high-quality contemporary workspace while retaining its strong architectural character and heritage.

Commenting on the new contract award, Arron Walker, Account Manager at Jaguar said: “Securing The Northcliffe is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate our technical expertise within a prestigious and high-profile building. We’re proud to be working alongside MAPP, and look forward to delivering an exceptional service that supports both the management team and occupiers, ensuring a first-class experience throughout.”

Jaguar says mobilisation of the contract is well underway, and adds its focus is on delivering best-in-class engineering and a proactive, responsive service from day one.
