AM Services Group bags MoneySuperMarket deal

AM Services Group, part of Pinnacle Group has secured a cleaning contract with MoneySuperMarket at its site in Ewloe, Wales.

MoneySuperMarket is home to five brands – MoneySuperMarketMoneySavingExpert, TravelSupermarket, Decision Technologies Ltd, and CTYI – with around 350 of the company’s 800 plus staff based at the Welsh site.

Under the terms of the deal, the AM Services team is providing cleaning services in office and rest areas as well as the employee restaurant and car park.

Ashley Kirk, AM Services Group Commercial Director, said: “It’s great to be working with MoneySuperMarket. We are committed to supporting them in their aim to create a place where ‘everyone feels they belong’ and ‘where our people can excel both professionally and personally’. We do that by helping to keep the workplace clean, safe and welcoming for all and by developing an operations team who are well-supported to deliver to the best of their ability.”

The FM for MoneySuperMarket’s Ewloe site, David Glynn added: “We were impressed by AM Services Group’s ‘One Team, One Goal’ approach. It was clear from the outset that we share very similar values. We believe in communicating with our staff, in making sure that they feel a valued part of our business and in rewarding them for their positive contribution. Since AM Services Group began working with us, they have been helpful and easy to get along with, in regular communication with our management and cleaners, and have already created a strong team spirit.”

Waste Management and Recycling Survey

FMJ in conjunction with Grundon Waste Management have launched the 2022 survey into how FMs approach their waste management and recycling responsibilities.

It’s the fifth year for the annual appraisal, and as we return to normal, there is a real opportunity for FMs to reappraise their waste and recycling operations and look at new, smarter waste management strategies.

In order to understand how FMs have navigated their way through the last year and their plans for meeting stringent waste and recycling targets we’ve posed a series of questions which include insights into FMs’ waste management strategy and targets, such as zero waste and landfill, the types of waste organisations produce and what helps FMs promote waste management in their organisations?

Please share your experiences and opinions on waste management. The survey will take just five minutes to complete, and as a thank you for taking part, respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 Amazon gift card.
