Fred Blackwood has been appointed by Coat Facilities Group as its new Associate Director for Corporate Development.
Headquartered in the West Midlands with nationwide coverage, Coat Facilities Group provides industry-leading expertise across all aspects of facilities management and comprises of five individual brands: Diamond Facilities Support, Jet Through, Nationwide Roofing Repairs, Nationwide Property Clean and Sanctuary Fire & Security.
With extensive experience in sales and commercial development roles across property and maintenance sectors, Blackwood brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business – particularly in forming long-standing customer relationships with large organisations.
In joining the business as its new Associate Director, Blackwood will now work closely with the business development team to secure and develop new commercial partnerships, while driving strategic investment opportunities to help COAT Facilities Group scale revenue by over 100 per cent within the next five years.
