Avrenim wins FM deal with Merseyside Youth Association

Liverpool-based FM service provider, Avrenim, has been awarded a facilities management contract with local charity Merseyside Youth Association.

The works include delivering planned and preventative maintenance for two of the charity’s buildings – the MYA Head Office in Hanover Street in Liverpool City Centre, and Gordon Youth Centre in Bootle.

Established in 1890, Merseyside Youth Association provides practical and positive support to children and young people across the region.

Commenting on the contract award, Mark Taylor, Head of Estates at Avrenim, said: “We couldn’t be happier to be working with such an incredible organisation that makes a positive difference to so many young people lives across Merseyside.

“The Avrenim team prides itself on delivering the best possible service to all customers. Our personal approach to each customer relationship enables us to develop a bespoke facilities management package to best suit the organisation, this is something which helped us secure this new contract.”
