BAM FM in Tudor Grange Academies Trust win

BAM FM has secured a £9.6 million contract with Tudor Grange Academies Trust to deliver integrated FM services across 13 estates, over a three-year term.

Tudor Grange Academies Trust is a collective family of academies across Worcester, the West Midlands and Leicestershire comprising of 13 academies: seven primary schools, five secondary schools and one all-through academy. The Trust sought an integrated FM solution provider that delivers an agile and scalable approach, to service its four self-sufficient geographical hubs, and an experienced education partner with technology and innovation at its core.

In alignment with the core values of the Trust, BAM FM says it will support and facilitate “happy, fulfilling lives” in delivering an integrated service model via innovative digital capability, central helpdesk services, hard and soft FM, and security services, which will be delivered by a team of 121 colleagues.

The contract commences on 1 August and has the opportunity for a further two-year extension.
