Bellrock acquires WiggleDesk

As part of an ambitious growth strategy, Bellrock has acquired WiggleDesk, an AI-powered platform that enhances room, desk, and space booking, as well as hybrid team scheduling. By delivering AI-driven insights into workspace usage and optimisation, it helps organisations visualise how their estate is used, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue opportunities through smarter space management.

As hybrid working continues to evolve, this acquisition strengthens Bellrock Technologies’ position at the forefront of smart workspace management. Bellrock states that its product portfolio for new, existing and future customers is now “significantly enhanced,” with WiggleDesk’s capabilities complementing Bellrock’s award-winning Concerto IWMS platform.

WiggleDesk founder William Wildridge joins Bellrock Technologies as Head of AI and Innovation, where he will lead the Group’s AI and innovation agenda. Wildridge brings extensive experience in product innovation — including over eight years at Google — along with deep expertise in AI-driven insights and workplace technology.

Commenting on the move, he said: “It’s exciting to be taking this step, which will transform the way we can use technology to enable hybrid working. Bellrock provides a wealth of world-class commercial real estate expertise. With that talent on our side, we can help customers unlock new efficiencies, access new insights, and truly optimise the way they use their space.”

Adam Smith, Managing Director, Bellrock Technologies, also welcomes the news: “WiggleDesk and Bellrock are a naturally great match. We share the same values, and we’re on the same mission: helping organisations access all of the insight and value locked within their estate. The acquisition means our award-winning IWMS platform becomes even more powerful, with more of the features our customers want.”
