Bid consultancy partners with Lightbulb Credit

Bid consultancy, Stephen Alexander, has joined forces with Lightbulb Credit to enhance its bid consultancy services for clients looking to win new public and private sector contracts.

Set up earlier this year by Co-Founders, Alex Footman, and Stephen Timmins, Stephen Alexander works with a range of different businesses across the facilities management sector.

Lightbulb Credit is the UK’s first trade credit rating advisory business and offers whole market credit rating review, improvement, and monitoring services for businesses.

The partnership will see Stephen Alexander become Lightbulb Credit’s exclusive bid consultancy partner, as the two businesses work closely together to provide businesses with a complete bid readiness service.

Stephen Timmins, Director, and Co-Founder of Stephen Alexander said: “A core part of what we do at Stephen Alexander is focused on helping businesses prepare properly for a bid to put them in the best position possible to secure new work through competitive tendering. The partnership with Lightbulb Credit will add significant value to our clients to help them understand their trade credit rating and fits perfectly with our bid-readiness service as we continue to help our clients win new work.”

James Piper, MD of Lightbulb Credit added: “We are delighted to be partnering with Stephen Alexander. A poor trade credit rating can have a material impact on a business’s ability to win new work through competitive tendering and we see plenty of businesses being removed from bid processes due to poor ratings. Their experience and expertise in delivering bid and tender support for businesses will add significant value to our client relationships and we look forward to developing this new partnership.”
