Envirotech opens its first international office

Continuing its strategic development across the UK and Ireland, Envirotech FM has opened an office in Ireland, under the Envirotech Property Services sub-brand.

Located in Dublin, the office marks an entry point into the European market to further build upon the significant growth experienced by the company in the UK market.

The Dublin office will be headed up by Jeff Smith, who joined Envirotech Group in 2018 as a partner. With over 30 years working in the property and FM industry, including 10 years both as former CEO of an international facility management and services company in Ireland, and as Director of the UK subsidiary of the group, Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of facility management and services and the use of technology in the built environment.

Smith will be joined on the board of the Irish business by Dirk van Breda, who was previously the Managing Director of various subsidiaries in Ireland, the UK, Belgium and the Nordics of an international FM and services group.

Pinder Singh Hujan, Managing Director Envirotech FM, said: “A core philosophy of Envirotech is our focus on long-term strategic partnerships across multiple jurisdictions, providing support to our key clients as we expand operations nationally, and internationally, as part of our ‘follow our friends’ business approach.

“Through this philosophy, we have secured a number of contracts in the Irish market which will enable us to expand and grow our service offering, which we are excited to deliver from our new Dublin office.”

FM Tech Survey 2024

Service Works Global (SWG) is conducting research in partnership with FMJ, to find out how you are using technology in your role through a short survey.

Whatever your FM role, your responses will help to provide analysis and insight into the use of technology, as the FM industry rises to meet the challenges of sustainability, new ways of working and data-driven decision making. This will enable FMs to gain insight into future trends to stay ahead of the curve, and be able to benchmark against the industry as a whole.

The anonymised results will be published so that you can see how you compare to others within the sector.

The survey should take just 5-10 minutes of your time, and as a thank you, participants will be entered into a prize draw where one lucky winner will be picked at random to receive an iPad 10th Generation worth £499.
