Essex County Council is in the early stages of retendering for its FM contract with ECC officers hosting a market engagement event for the facilities management industry later this month.
This is part of ECC’s work to scope out the opportunities and limitations for facilities management in Essex from October 2026, when the current partnership between the Council and Mitie comes to an end.
The hybrid event, being held in Chelmsford on 28 September 09:30 – 12:00, will be an opportunity to hear about where the Council is in the discovery process, as well as a chance for its officers to find out more on what the FM industry has to offer.
