Incentive QAS takes cleaning deal at Aldermary House

Incentive QAS has won a three-year deal with one of the UK’s leading independent property management agencies, for cleaning and associated services at Aldermary House.

The contract, which has been added to the property agent’s main framework agreement will see Incentive QAS providing morning cleaning and a daytime housekeeping service which will include washroom hygiene, window and periodic cleaning.

The agency said Incentive QAS stood out during a competitive tender process due to its “proactive approach to employee development and continual development plans”, adding it was also impressed with the company’s “attitude to innovation and investment in technology”.

The contract will include the use of Incentive QAS’ mpro5 contract management system. The system provides real-time attendance monitoring, bespoke electronic auditing and NFC proof of attendance which enables improved resource management and valuable analysis for the on-site and project management team.

Speaking about the contract award, Brian Weekes, Building Manager at Aldermary House said: “When commissioning this contract, we were very keen to find a partner who would be able to support our sustainability goals. The work that Incentive QAS have been carrying out in conjunction with their Social Value Promise meant that they were able to do this.

“We were also impressed with their proactive approach to staff training and technological innovation with the introduction of the mpro5 contract management system.  We look forward to working with them on this contract.”

David Brown, Commercial Director, Incentive QAS added: “At the beginning of each contract we believe it’s crucial to identify our clients’ needs and then work with the key stakeholder teams to help to achieve their goals. We have a proven track record, and we share a vision of a sustainable and efficient cleaning service. We are delighted to continue to strengthen our long-term partnership at Aldermary House.”

Waste Management and Recycling Survey

FMJ in conjunction with Grundon Waste Management have launched the 2022 survey into how FMs approach their waste management and recycling responsibilities.

It’s the fifth year for the annual appraisal, and as we return to normal, there is a real opportunity for FMs to reappraise their waste and recycling operations and look at new, smarter waste management strategies.

In order to understand how FMs have navigated their way through the last year and their plans for meeting stringent waste and recycling targets we’ve posed a series of questions which include insights into FMs’ waste management strategy and targets, such as zero waste and landfill, the types of waste organisations produce and what helps FMs promote waste management in their organisations?

Please share your experiences and opinions on waste management. The survey will take just five minutes to complete, and as a thank you for taking part, respondents will be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 Amazon gift card.
