M&E specialist announces expansion across Ireland

National M&E specialist Linaker is expanding its offering in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland with new offices set to open in April 2024.

The two new regional hubs, to be located in the capital cities of Belfast and Dublin, will service secured contracts that will add over £5 million of revenue per year to Linaker’s current portfolio.

Recruitment of key personnel began earlier this year with the appointed Irish Business Director set to oversee the delivery of bespoke services to engineer the perfect environment for each building. Linaker’s Client Response Team, which operates 24/7/365, will coordinate reactive requirements alongside the expanded engineering team to ensure that the highest level of service is maintained.

Claire Curran, Managing Director at Linaker, said: “This is an exciting time for all of us at Linaker, where we are able to expand our already extensive network of offices to provide even more for our current and new clients. Each office will have full operational infrastructure, ensuring service delivery based on comprehensive local knowledge.”

The expanded operations will continue to provide the range of services already available across the UK, including six core elements: mechanical, electrical, air-conditioning, heating, supplementary and sustainability. Linaker has regional offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Livingston, London and Manchester.
