Polyteck in Centrepoint win

Construction and facilities management company, Polyteck, has landed a 36-month housing voids and repair contract with charity Centrepoint across its London accommodation.

Under the new framework, worth approximately £250,000, Polyteck will provide general building-related void repairs across the charity’s housing stock, including electrical, groundworks, plumbing and general maintenance.

Centrepoint provides housing and support for young people in London, Manchester, Yorkshire and the North East and through partnerships all over the UK.

Polyteck secured the contract due to its extensive experience in working with local authorities, and its commitment to supporting the charity’s focus on delivering social, environmental and economic value from all activities.

John (Yiannakis) Polycarpou, Chairman, Polyteck, said: “This is a great strategic win for the business. The nature of this type of contract requires fast responses and an increased level of customer service for the tenants, which we look forward to delivering.”
