Richard Irvin FM extends its services across Aberdeen

Richard Irvin FM (RIFM) has expanded its partnership with Aberdeen City Council.

The new deal, which has a total annual estimated worth of around £500k, will see RIFM provide gas heating and appliances services to sheltered housing and amenity housing suitable for older or disabled people to live full and independent lives in their own homes for as long as possible. The council’s property portfolio includes retirement housing, self-contained flats and bungalows.

RIFM has been working with Aberdeen City Council for many years. This new contract expands the air conditioning and mechanical works currently being provided to the City’s public buildings.
