The specialist services provider to the construction and FM sectors, Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), has announced that Sarah Wood has been promoted to the role of Director of Customer Success.
In her expanded remit, Wood will lead both the Renewals and Key Accounts teams, driving a Group-wide strategy to strengthen customer engagement and retention. She will work in close collaboration with divisional leaders and service delivery teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience. She will also play a strategic role in supporting PTSG’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) programme, helping to ensure that seamless integration and exceptional service continuity are delivered across all new and existing customer relationships.
In addition to these responsibilities, she will spearhead the development and implementation of PTSG’s customer service standards strategy. This includes future planning for corporate contact centre operations and a renewed commercial focus on reconnecting with previously inactive or disengaged clients – reintroducing them to the value of PTSG’s integrated, multi-disciplinary service model.
Having joined PTSG more than 15 years ago, Wood was a founding member of the company’s now-established Group Renewals function, helping to develop what began as a pilot initiative into a critical part of the Group’s commercial infrastructure. Her contribution has played a central role in shaping PTSG’s approach to long-term customer success and business continuity.
Commenting on her promotion, Wood said:
“I’m excited to step into this role at such a pivotal time for the Group. I have the privilege of working with a fantastic, committed team – all focused on delivering the very best for our customers. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built, and I look forward to leading the next stage of our journey in customer success.”
Greg Ward, Chief Operating Officer at PTSG, added: “Sarah’s appointment reflects the enduring value of strong leadership and principled performance. She embodies the PTSG ethos – integrity, hard work and customer-first thinking – and her operational insight will be a major asset as we continue to scale. Her promotion signals our commitment to investing in people who deliver long-term value to our customers and our business.”
