FMJ has teamed up with global water filtration and dispenser brand, BRITA VIVREAU, to host a webinar ‘The Sustainable Office – how FM can prepare for the future’ on the 22nd September at 11am.
Sustainability and employee wellbeing go hand in hand. From engagement and motivation to recruitment, staff retention and overall productivity, studies have demonstrated the impact of well-designed office spaces.
Research carried out by BRITA VIVREAU revealed that 79 per cent of office workers claim a well-designed office would motivate them to accept a job while 82 per cent said sustainability now tops their agenda of what is important when it comes to the office.
The webinar will host a panel discussion that revolves around a new view of sustainability, as a way to not only enhance the performance of buildings but the wellbeing and engagement levels of occupants.
A case study example of where this has worked will also be featured. The Shard Living Lab from DaeWha Kang, illustrates the impact of biophilic design on employee wellbeing.
