M&E contract win for Jaguar at Aldgate House

Following a competitive tender process, Cushman & Wakefield has awarded a three-year mechanical and electrical (M&E) contract to Jaguar Building Services at Aldgate House.

Aldgate House, located in EC3, offers 210,000 square feet of office space. It adjoins Aldgate Underground Station and is just a short walk from both Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street Stations, making it an ideal location for its tenants.

Account Manager, Richard Horton said of the contract award: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Cushman & Wakefield at Aldgate House. Mobilisation is well underway, and we look forward to delivering industry-leading service standards to the building while working closely with the team to ensure operational excellence.”

This contract win forms part of a larger portfolio secured with Cushman & Wakefield, with further details being announced in the coming weeks.
