NetZero Collective, part of Wates Group, has been appointed to LHC Procurement Group’s (LHCPG) Retrofit and Decarbonisation Framework and ODS Group’s Retrofit Services Framework, further strengthening its position as a market leader in retrofit consultancy services.
Under the LHCPG Retrofit and Decarbonisation Framework, NetZero Collective has been awarded a place on Lot 2 (Management Agent / Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy) and Lot 3 (PAS 2035 Domestic Building Audits & Heat Decarbonisation Plans). The framework, which launched earlier this month and will run for four years, will support public sector organisations in delivering energy-efficient and decarbonised housing.
Simultaneously, NetZero Collective has also been awarded a place on Lot 2 (Retrofit Coordinator Services) of the ODS Group Retrofit Services Framework. ODS Group is a wholly owned and controlled company of Oxford City Council. This framework, spanning an initial three-year period with an option for a one-year extension, will focus on delivering expert retrofit coordination to support the Council’s ambitious sustainability targets.
As part of its commitment to social value and environmental responsibility, NetZero Collective will actively support the Oxfordshire Inclusive Economy Partnership (OIEP). This includes:
- Partnering with local SMEs, recycling initiatives, and community projects
- Hosting biannual energy awareness events to promote sustainable living
- Providing work experience placements and mentorship for disadvantaged individuals
- Supporting local schools and colleges with reading programs, career mentorship, and shadowing placements
- Contributing to local charitable initiatives and food banks
Neil Waite, Director of NetZero Collective, said: “These framework appointments mark a significant step forward in NetZero Collective’s mission to decarbonise the UK’s housing stock and support local communities in achieving sustainable, energy-efficient homes.”
