Zip Water UK launches Twist

Zip Water UK, maker of the HydroTap, unveils Twist, a filtered, flavour-infused water dispenser for the workplace, helping facilities managers enhance wellbeing and track ESG progress.

Launched in response to increasing demand for personalisation in workplace wellbeing, and a growing flavoured water category, Twist lets staff create their perfect drink with over 600 combinations to choose from.

Users can select either chilled, sparkling, or ambient water and add up to three enhancements, including natural flavours – Peach & Mango, Mixed Berries, Cucumber, and Watermelon – and an optional sugar-free sweetener, all via its sleek touchscreen interface.

With the inclusion of Zip’s advanced 8-in-1 MicroPurity™ filtration, Twist delivers filtered drinking water certified to reduce the most harmful contaminants, with zero sugar and calories to support daily wellness and productivity.

Each enhancement pouch produces over 550 drinks at an average cost of just 11p per drink, removing the complexity of ordering, storing, and disposing of bottles and cans.

A live sustainability tracker displays plastic bottles saved, giving facilities managers the insights they need to help hit their ESG targets.

“Facilities leaders are at the heart of healthy, productive workplaces – and with Twist, we’re giving them a wellbeing upgrade employees can see and appreciate, supported by the assurance only Zip can guarantee,” said Joel Wille, Senior Product & Innovation Manager, Zip Water UK.

“We often see facilities managers facing tension between innovation and reliability. But our smart servicing and HydroCare support set Twist apart. The connected system tracks drinking habits, remotely monitors flavour levels, and automates supply reordering, eliminating hassle.”

HydroCare, the industry’s largest service network, includes six-monthly servicing, unlimited callouts, full sanitisation, filter changes and CO2 top-ups – all as standard – with over 100 directly employed engineers. Installation is plug-and-play, and remote alerts minimise disruption.

Zip Twist is available to rent from just £80 per week, including free delivery and installation. To find out more click here.

Matrix Booking’s new study, ‘One-size-fits-all booking systems don’t work for today’s workforce’, explores why current systems are falling short – and how organisations can reimagine workspace management to boost efficiency, employee experience, and cost savings.
