JLA Group, a leading provider of the distribution and servicing of commercial laundry, catering, fire, and HVAC equipment, has extended its footprint in Europe following its acquisition of LDL Group.
With over 50 years of heritage, LDL is known for its partnership approach and being market leaders of laundry, catering, meditech, and heating and boiler services across Belgium and the Netherlands, offering mission critical services to care, housing, government and leisure facilities. With almost 50,000 assets in use, LDL has strong customer relationships and an excellent reputation for its laundry expertise and customer service.
The LDL management team will join JLA Group as shareholders and will stay within the wider group to lead LDL and develop the business further, demonstrating the strong relationship built between the teams over recent months.
