Apleona has further expanded its market position as a technical and integrated facility manager in the UK following its acquisition of Morrison Facilities Services.
Established for over three decades, Morrison is based in Livingston and employs approx. 300 people. The company provides technical and integrated facility services across Scotland and in the south of England, mainly focusing on public sector clients such as schools, universities and healthcare facilities.
Apleona UK employs more than 2,000 people and is one of the UK’s leading integrated FM service providers with a high self-delivery share and a large number of industrial customers in the public, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail sectors. By acquiring Morrison Facilities Services, Apleona is further strengthening its market position in UK and building credible and demonstrable capability.
