Marble Arch BID selects Anchor Group Services to lead its Street Team

Integrated facilities services provider, Anchor Group Services, has been appointed as the new delivery partner for Marble Arch London BID’s frontline Street Team service.

Following more than 10 years of grassroots support to high street businesses and the wider community, the Marble Arch Street Team is now the go-to resource for BID members across the BID area, from Park Lane and Oxford Street in the south to Paddington Green in the north.

Launched in 1987 by former Merseyside Police officer Andrew Harper, Anchor Group Services has grown to become a respected provider within the facilities management sector. Taking on the running of the Street Team, Anchor Group Services brings with it a wealth of high street experience having provided security services in towns and cities such as Liverpool, Manchester, Bolton, Milton Keynes, and London.

Since its formation in 2016, Marble Arch London BID has supported pubs, hotels, shops, late night venues, restaurants, office occupiers, and schools right across the BID area, with bespoke community safety solutions, tailored advice and dedicated services that build resilience and protect our members, staff, guests and customers.

To ensure the Street Team is effective as possible the BID embeds the team with partner agencies through regular joint patrols, information sharing and intelligence gathering.
