Anabas prepares for growth with senior promotions and appointments

Corporate office FM specialist Anabas has restructured and made a series of internal promotions and additional new appointments in a strategic move to strengthen and prepare the business for further growth.

Former account director Tim Hysom has been promoted to operations director where he will work closely with Anabas’ managing director Alistair Craig, to steer the business to new heights, accomplishing ambitious growth targets and spearheading new, innovative ways to improve efficiency and service excellence for customers. Hysom has 28 years of experience in FM and joined Anabas almost seven years ago.

Richard Bostelmann and Lud Moran, both former account managers, have been promoted to account directors. They will join account directors Ravi Bhatnagar, Kathy Hope and Tom Ward to enhance the strategic operational delivery of Anabas’ TFM contracts. Richard and Lud will lead the successful delivery of world-class FM services for some of Anabas’ key accounts.

To further strengthen the team, Anabas has appointed Richard Oldham as QHSE manager and Craig Clarke-Harrison as procurement and commercial manager. Oldham has 16 years of health and safety experience and has held senior QHSE roles at global organisations. A chartered member of IOSH and a practitioner of IEMA, Richard leads on all aspects of Health & Safety, Quality and Environment at Anabas, providing sound advice and developing systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance.

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, Clarke-Harrison brings 30 years of procurement experience to Anabas after holding several senior positions in prestigious companies worldwide. He is responsible for redefining Anabas’ procurement strategy, policies, and supplier relationships, focusing on social value and sustainability to ensure the business procures responsibly, intelligently, and ethically in alignment with its core values.

Alistair Craig, managing director at Anabas, said: “We’re very pleased to announce these well-deserved promotions for Tim, Richard and Lud. These promotions reflect the growth and expansion of the business, and it is vital for us to have the right senior level support in place to drive the business forward.

“I am also pleased to welcome Richard and Craig. As experts in their respective fields, we are fortunate to have people of their calibre and experience within our growing team.”

This year Anabas has bolstered its client portfolio by 25 per cent. New contract wins include a global cosmetics giant, a TV broadcasting company and two corporate banks.
