Apleona UK has extended its relationship with Yunex Traffic, having been awarded a contract extension to its existing technical and managing agent contract with additional cleaning services.
The facilities management specialist commenced working with Yunex Traffic in 2019 delivering services which include mechanical & electrical, fabric maintenance, reactive works, grounds keeping, winterisation and projects, across its UK portfolio. This has now been extended for an additional year, and will also incorporate the delivery of cleaning to 15 sites.
Apleona will now build on the success of the current partnership and continue to develop its collaborative approach, with an aim to offer a better environmental and sustainable focused delivery.

The new contract commenced on 1 December 2022.
