Bellrock makes the grade for university hard FM services deal

Bellrock Property & Facilities Management has secured a five-year hard services agreement with Swansea University, who were looking for a digital transformation partner to deliver on the ground.

The contract includes a 24-hour helpdesk, overseeing buildings across two main campus sites, comprising approximately 100 buildings across the city.

Through technology-led innovation, underpinned by Bellrock’s software platform Concerto, its multi-skilled, operational team will be working closely with the University Estates and Campus Services team to deliver planned maintenance plus reactive and project works, digitising and servicing assets at the University’s Singleton and Bay campuses, along with the provision of data insights to make efficiency savings.
