Bennett Hay expands operations team

Hospitality service provider, Bennett Hay, has expanded its operations team as the company gears up for new client wins and adapts to the new dynamics and demands of the workplace experience.

Kirsty Sosa and Christian Goodfellow join the organisation as Operations Managers and will work alongside Pedro Ferreira who was promoted to the team having previously worked as a General Manager at one of the leading global business publications. They take up their roles as workplace cultures are redefined through office spaces becoming the corporate focal point for meetings, creative processes, and employee cohesion.

Sosa has a strong founding in workplace hospitality and management having worked for Vacherin and ISS. She will take responsibility for several of Bennett Hay’s catering and reception contracts, as well as helping to mobilise two new deals.

She commented: “Bennett Hay has a great portfolio of clients and is known to champion ideas and collaborations that inevitably create the best outcome for its clients. I’m now part of a hugely supportive culture where ideas and input genuinely count and are actioned. I’m looking forward to getting ingrained in the business and to developing my career with a company known to be at the fore of workplace hospitality.”

Goodfellow brings significant experience gained with upscale hospitality operators including Coworth Park,  Absolute Taste at McLaren’s head office and more recently with Chartwells Independent. He developed his career in some of Europe’s Grand Dame hotels including Ritz Carlton Barcelona, the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, and the Dorchester Collection.

Ferreira, also Operations Manager, has a great understanding of team dynamics and effective client relationship building having led both high street and workplace food service operations.

Leo Coates, Operations Director at Bennett Hay, said of the appointments: “Kirsty and Christian are very strong additions to the team, and both bring new outlooks which is incredibly exciting as we see offices continue to adapt, attract footfall and realign their working week.”
