CBRE renews TFM contract with the Royal College of Physicians

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) has been reappointed by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) to provide total facilities management (TFM) at its St Andrew’s Place Grade I listed Headquarters in Regent’s Park.

The contract will see CBRE GWS continue to deliver a range of services covering mechanical and electrical services, cleaning, security, and event logistics.

In addition, CBRE GWS has been newly appointed to deliver hard and soft FM services to RCP’s recently opened Northern Headquarters in Liverpool, The Spine, a 140,000 sq ft Clinical Centre of Excellence, encompassing a state-of-the-art assessment centre and educational facilities.
