Global facilities management company, City FM, has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Facilities Management and Workplace Services Framework, RM6232, for the supply of hard FM services.
City is undertaking two lots offered by the framework:
- Hard Facilities Management Lot 2b
- Hard Facilities Management Lot 2c
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04 billion.
With more than 35 years of experience working with some of Britain’s biggest private sector companies, City will provide data-driven asset management, energy management, and FM service delivery to public sector organisations.
